A lit­tle fur­ther north is the pic­turesque coastal re­sort of Warnemünde, one of the most pop­u­lar re­sorts along the Baltic Sea coast, with a light­house, cap­tains’ houses, fish­ing boats, cruise ships and a vast sandy beach. The view of the unique coast­line from the light­house is a par­tic­u­lar treat.
