Osthafen und Petridamm
Begleitend zu den Vorbereitungen der BUGA wurden die Stadtbereiche Osthafen und Petridamm, die selber nicht Teil der BUGA-Planungen sind, im Juni 2020 Gegenstand einer vom Amt für Stadtentwicklung, Stadtplanung und Wirtschaft durchgeführten städtebaulichen Ideenwerkstatt.
Ziel der Werkstatt war es, Ideen und Herangehensweisen zur Neustrukturierung der Gebiete Osthafen und Petridamm zu erarbeiten und eine städtebauliche Vision für diese vorrangig durch Gewerbebetriebe geprägten Gebiete zu entwickeln.
